Won’t even let me make an account or sign in. Keeps saying “you’ve tried too many times. Please try again in a short while” even though I hadn’t previously tried. Also tried different phone numbers, still won’t work. Useless app.

The app made me wait for one hour for a rider to accept my booking even though there are lots of riders around.

Credit card
After so many rides it quits accepting my credit card and blames it on cc company. I call cc company and nothing wrong with card no block no hold nothing. No way to contact customer service through app

Cant make an account. It said i tried many times. First time i open an account

I like that I can pay with my credit card. Quick booking. Seems to be better quality motorcycles than maxim. Using move it in cebu, Manila, and CDO.
Map doesn’t work
The map is integral to how the app works. The driver is supposed to meet you at the pin. But the map doesn’t show the driver having arrived at the pin when they often have done. Creates confusion. Happened multiple occasions not a one off

Cannot stop texts or delete account
I keep getting texts offers even though I have all notification settings to off. I have tried multiple times to delete account without success and I continue to receive unwanted texts.
Notifications never end!
Despite registering “NO” to notifications.
