Move Planner by PackQR creates a practical, date-aware checklist for the whole move—from early preparation and packing to moving day and the first weeks in your new home. SET THE CERTAINTY YOU HAVE Choose a confirmed date, tentative date, target week or “No date yet”. Your plan adapts without forcing decisions before you are ready. FOCUS ON TODAY See three useful actions at a time, review what is coming up and mark progress without being overwhelmed by the full checklist. ADAPT WHEN PLANS CHANGE Move the date and the timeline recalculates. Dates you selected manually are protected and shown for review before anything changes. MAKE THE PLAN YOURS Add your own tasks, choose due dates, search and filter the full plan, and use manual ordering when your priorities differ. CALM REMINDERS Choose daily or weekly briefings, reminder times and quiet periods. Notifications are optional and scheduled on your device. READY FOR MOVING DAY Use the Move Day view and Live Activity to keep essential actions close while the move is under way. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Your plan is stored locally on your device. No Move Planner account is required. Create plain or passphrase-protected encrypted manual backups and save them wherever you choose. OPTIONAL PACKQR CONNECTION If you also use PackQR, both apps can opt in to share a small on-device packing summary. Move Planner can show packing progress, Open First counts, room-level totals and the latest PackQR backup date, and can open the relevant packing action when needed. You can check the latest summary from Move Planner without automatically switching apps. The connection remains deliberately limited. Item names, photos, notes, QR contents, backup contents, estimated replacement values and valuation totals are not shared with Move Planner. Sensitive-box contents also remain in PackQR. Each app works independently. Guidance is practical and region-aware, but requirements vary.
