New "Log a medication" button on your home screen: tap a med the moment you take it and your evening check-in fills itself in. • Physical therapy tracking, fixed and upgraded. Your exercise selections now save properly, custom and built-in exercises work together, and you can long-press a checked exercise to record reps. See your PT streaks and per-exercise records in Progress. • Missed a milestone check-up? You can now take it late from Progress › Scores. • Daily reminders are now opt-in. They start off for everyone: turn them on anytime in Settings › Notifications. • Better surgeon reports: PT adherence, sleep, mood screening, and reported symptoms are now included in Share Progress. • Bug fixes throughout the app
