Good app but had no sign of my PayPal cash out

I like the app and the concept. Cashed out £2 to a temporary visa, but requested £30 cash out to PayPal. Had no sight of it and tried to email the support address. No response. The app is missing a support element and user profile page with any useful user reference numbers.

This app is a total scam. After you watch about a thousand ads, you’re made to believe that you can cash out, except there is no money transfer. Also, it asks for your card information, even if you select PayPal or cashapp. It’s just a waste of time.
