Can’t cancel. Cant get a hold of anyone and keep charging my card.

Won’t give me my rewards

I paid for three months of this app and probably won’t renew. At first it was very suspect, but about two weeks into my subscription a major update happened that made the app much better. However, it has a big problem with locking up during the mini challenges and so I only get credit for doing one maybe two per day rather than all of them. It’s like the app doesn’t want me to earn enough points to get reward.
But I managed to cobble together my 2588 points to get a $25 gift card but the app won’t let me get it. It keeps saying that it is unable to process my request. It doesn’t matter what gift card I choose. At first, I was trying to get a Starbucks gift card then the Starbucks gift card option completely went away. So then I tried for PayPal for the last three days and it just says it’s unable to process my request. So I tried for a Sonic card with the same result. It is unable to complete my request. It says to ask for help through Settings, but when you go to settings, there’s nowhere to ask for help when you do find the help and support tab and you send them a message nobody EVER answers. I had kind of already decided to not renew my subscription, even though I was kind of enjoying doing the challenges and trying to meet the goals. But if you can’t get any rewards, then it’s not worth the money.

Avoid this app

Was double charged and they started my membership on week 7 and will not respond to any of my messages.

Scam

I have emailed them multiple times to cancel my subscription and they keep charging me. The instructions they give for canceling myself are not accurate.

Needs improvement

UPDATE: SCAM ALERT. Today I reached my points goal for rewards. First it said I needed 2500, but once I hit 2500, I needed another 88 to cash out. Then, I got those points this morning and noticed the Amazon card was no longer available, although it WAS yesterday. Tried a different card, failed to redeem. Tried another card and it “failed” too. What a waste of good energy… wish I could give negative stars!!
This is a really good idea and it’s a great concept. The problem is it doesn’t sync well with devices. It won’t sync directly with a smart watch or device unless you buy theirs of course. So it has to get the steps from your phone not your device.

Mini challenges are glitchy

A lot of the time you have to do the mini challenges multiple times to get your points, but I still feel like that’s a win. Overall, my fitness level is improving noticeably because of those very mini challenges

I’ve emailed them four times in the last week with no reply!! Canceling is very difficult. Don’t get caught up in this company.

Don’t waste your time or money

I should have looked at the reviews before I signed up. Within 24 hours of signing up, I canceled my subscription, so I will finish out the 4 weeks, but that’s it. I have no idea how the app makes it through QA for release. The mini challenges don’t work… I have easily hit doing the extra steps and it never captures it and gives me points for it. Today the app showed a little differently for doing the mini challenge, so I thought maybe it would work… it counted the steps, showed I hit them all, then when I exited the challenge because it showed I hit the goal, nothing happened. Advertising shows earning points to receive decent gift cards, but what you don’t realize is how long you have to use it to get a decent gift card amount… especially with extra booster points not being applied. The concept is great and can encourage getting your walking in, but this app is a waste of time and money.

Nice Concept But Ridiculously Flawed

Step count is ridiculously inaccurate. Cannot redeem rewards.

Charged me double

I came straight here because I do not have time to go through the app and get ignored. I signed up for four weeks at $11.99 and was charged $23. I have a screen shot. How do I get my $$ back?

It feels like a scam

I have just started and it was good for the first a few hours but all of a sudden the daily challenges show up and no matter how many times you do them and how many times the ring closes and how many time it tells you that you have earned the points
The ring opens back up and the points never add up to your points
I would give it zero stars if I could

Hi FFrustratedddd, You're right, the daily challenge sometimes completing the ring without crediting points was a real bug, and we are working to fix it asap. The challenge progress was only being checked when you had the detail screen open, so if you walked with the app backgrounded or returned to home, your steps weren't counting toward the challenge. App is not consistent

I like the challenges but the app doesn’t update. I complete them but it doesn’t always show and doesn’t always give my points. I see the other reviews mention same thing. I would like to see this fixed. I think would be great if it wasn’t for the glitches. If those get fixed, I’ll increase my star rating.

This apps a scam. It doesn’t register any information correctly and now I can’t even cancel. Keeps telling me “failed to cancel subscription” I’ve sent emails and haven’t received a reply. Cancel my subscription!

Don’t waste your money on this app

Wish I had checked the reviews before downloading and subscribing. It is not worth the money. Lots of glitches and errors and no way to fix it. They had my goal weight as 95 lbs. which isn’t what I entered. No way to correct it myself or modify goals. No response from customer support.
Emailed them again today to cancel my subscription but the app says “failed to cancel subscription” when I clicked on the cancel button. Another app bug that I’m sure they aren’t rushing to fix because they don’t want people to cancel.
Documenting here that I have requested my subscription be cancelled and will keep emailing them until I get a response. I’m going to be really annoyed if they don’t get back to me and charge me again.

Fun but buggy

I like the concept and it’s encouraging to move more. Unfortunately I’m finding it’s pretty buggy. It marks me as having completed steps, calories when I’ve just started the day and am at 100 of 7000 steps. And now it’s lost my 8 day streak and I’m back at 1 but I’ve been hitting goals every day. This happened last week too and then it corrected itself. So. Buggy. Hopefully this improves because I do enjoy it.

It was behaving better for the last 5 days and I’d gotten to a5 day streak that should be 8 but now it says it’s 1 again. Very frustrating and I’ve not heard from support

Can’t cancel subscription - scam?

The app is absolutely terrible - it shows one step goal for the day when I’m just logging in, then it suddenly changes to another goal. It doesn’t log in when I finish my daily steps, it charges me $30 for the subscription although I subscribed for weekly payments, and I can’t cancel the subscription as every time I try, the cancellation “fails”. Wrote to the support twice already, never got any responses. Is it just a scam?
