L’app si apre ma non fa vedere più nulla all’infuori di un vostro avviso informativo dove cita che dal 01/06/2025 interrompete il servizio e darete supporto per il trasferimento dei dati su un’altra App dal nome PathPal e che potrò utilizzala gratuitamente per un anno e poi segue con una altra dicitura che testualmente cita: “Non ci saranno più costi in seguito.” Mi chiedo dove non ci saranno più costi visto che PathPal dopo avervi effettuato il trasferimento dei dati mi chiede di sottoscrivere un abbonamento prima di farmi accedere. Oltretutto nel frattempo voi continuate a prelevare le quote dei pagamenti mensili nonostante che l’app Move X non si apre più! In merito sarebbe giusto che procediate a rimborsarmi le cifre indebitamente prelevate. Non mi piace essere preso per fesso!
Resto in attesa di una vostra sollecita risposta prima di rivolgermi ad un legale per una rivalsa nei vostri confronti, Apple compresa.
Distinti saluti.
Smette continuamente di seguirmi e mi costringe sempre ad aprire le impostazioni per ripristinare il tracciamento.
La vecchia applicazione era perfetta!
Questa nuova andava discretamente finché è stata gratia ma da quando ho dovuto sottoscrivere l’abbonamento è diventata inutilizzabile.

my data is all gone after the app forces to move to Pathpal. I can’t even export them as it says I haven’t got any although been using in for 7 years

Ohne Begründung einfach eingestellt. Ich habe für ein Jahres-Abo bezahlt. Das grenzt an Betrug.
Extrem hoher Batterie Verbrauch
Die App zieht enorm viel Energie, Laut Batteriepbersicht hat die App bei mir nonstop 22 Stunden am Akku gezogen. Das IPhone wird auch sehr warm. Abo ist gekündigt und die App deinstalliert.

You don’t get what you see
The app shows lots of screenshot on the product page, but in reality app doesn’t do that. Mostly super buggy. Even after paying high subscription fee they are promoting, their other apps where you have to pay another subscription and that app is more buggy and with much poorer interface and still working progress from a long, long time so all fishy practices.

Great App
I am really pleased by the way this App has improved over time. At first when I subscribed it was a bit hit and miss. I contacted them and they have rectified all the problems I experienced and I give them a solid 5 *. Thanks for listening to my concerns.
Seamless
I love how the app seamlessly tracks everything I do. Biking, walking and transit. The only problem is that it hasn’t learned that I don’t bike/walk and drive in 10 minute intervals. If I do a long bike ride, uphills turns to walk and fast downhills turn to car.
No google places / Too expensive.
What happened to linkin to google places in the map? Now it doesn’t shows any place just the streets names. Original moves was 100% better. And set uo a decent monthly rate.

Did not track 24/7
The app does not track 24/7 in the background as developer claims which is the key purpose for buying the app. Just discovered there are many weeks of my activity that were not tracked. I lost critical work data. I used the original Moves app with no issues and was forced to continue with this subscription based version. Not having the 24/7 tracking data the app promised is now a major work related issue for me. This developer needs to fix this or warn users and refund for all of the time the app did not function as described.

Mal funcionamiento, malos datos
Tengo varios años con la aplicación pero desde que se actualizaron dejo de ser lo que era. Hace registros de actividad cuando quiere, si necesito saber mis movimientos de tal día me sale con que no hubo actividad. Y así ya no me sirve. La he dado de baja buscaré otra opción. Esperé demasiado tiempo para que regresara a dar el servicio que necesito.
