Was great, but not now

It worked great at first, but now it won’t open. So now I may lose all of the data I put on the app.

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. Please uninstall the app completely and then download it again from the App Store. After that, log in with your existing account and your collection will be automatically restored from the cloud. Let me know if it doesn't work.

Bought and seemingly have to buy again for each device

Garbage. Problem was resolved when purchase completed instead of pending. The app works quit well. Suggested improvement letter bar on side so you don’t have to scroll through all to get the m’s or whatever!

Just paid $15 for this junk app. 1st 3 movies I scanned came up as the wrong thing. guess I’ll continue using my excel file. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Must be a paid subscriber

I’ll never understand why there isn’t a rule for apps to be upfront transparent and say if there is a charge to have the app. You never know until you’re all in with email and password!
I used to have the Netflix DVD app to keep a history of all the movies I’ve ever watched and rated. They totally got rid of the app and o no longer have a way to remember if I’ve seen a movie! Wish they could have kept the app for us to us as reference. I now must start all over but haven’t found an app that does what it did. Yours seems close but it should have a free plan to list and rate movies. That’s all I need.

Instant regret

Purchased premium for a 500+ DVD/BlueRay collection and on the first round of scanning, many titles would not come up…fairly standard movies….Garden State, Conspiracy Theory, The Mummy etc.
