Shea and Nicole bought the business a year ago. They are kind, sincere and professional. Shipping is lightening fast and all of the clothes they sell are great quality. Returns/exchanges are a breeze. If you are looking for a boutique with quality items this is the one!

For anyone who doesn’t know - any items that end in .99 canNOT be returned!! Most of their items are preorders & you can more than likely find any of their stuff elsewhere for much much less! The quality of their items do not match their prices!
Used to love but lately (2023) things aren’t liked promised
I used to shop with Pam for years. But lately majority of the products are pre-order, takes 2-3 weeks to shipped, and shipping constantly gets behind. Majority of the response from Pam is read the directions, or blames on USPS. She seems more concerned with kicking customer out of the group than fixing any issues they have. There are almost 1,000 people online who have been banned from her page.

Favorite shopping site!
I love JJ Rae!!! Pam and her team offer a huge variety of high quality clothing for all sizes. Being plus size it is very hard to shop online. However, JJ Rae has models in multiple sizes wearing each piece. It really helps me determine how the clothing will lay and if it will mask or accentuate problem areas.
Their app and FB page always have specials, sales and opportunities to win credit and prizes. It’s such a fun and interactive way to shop!

Caution!
Owners speak terribly to customers on public platforms and then claim it’s just “their sarcasm” when they are called out. Impossible to return anything and their custom clothing was found on other retailers sites…can’t be custom if other places had it first.

I have been shopping with Pam for years and this app almost makes it too easy. I am never going to hot stores full of people again. What? It’s 3 am and I can’t sleep. Let’s go shopping! Size inclusive and the most comfortable and beautiful clothing and accessories I’ve ever found.

I was a long time subscriber and enjoyed through the LLR days because of the authenticity, but recently the negativity has gotten too much. The owner recently had her entire group go leave a negative review on a company that more than half have never used before. She claims to want to support small businesses, but had no issue with thousands of women tearing down another small business, simply because she had an issue with the company. If the shoe were on the other foot and this were her company, I don’t think she’d feel the same. It is gross behavior, and those that participated should be ashamed.

Owner likes to harass other business
Pam Webster made a post of her business account that the pool company she hired had messed up so she needed all of her followers/clients to blast them and harass the business. She already had an attorney involved so this wasn’t necessary. Then she posted how the company had blocked her so she needed them harassed even more. I disagreed with her and so she blocked me! Haha idk what is more ironic, that she’s trying to ruin another small business or that she doesn’t like the same thing happening to her.

Cheap clothing and greedy owners. No customer service; they have the attitude that they are doing you a favor allowing you to buy their clothing. The app glitches and they take no responsibility.

This is the only place I will buy clothes from!! They give you accurate sizing, provide models of several different sizes with their sizing so you can see who’s the closest to you! They have always answered my emails and helped with any problems! You guys rock!

Anything I have ordered is always shipped promptly & is always wrapped nicely. I feel very satisfied & happy with this website. My review comes from not ordering a lot but through the past years it is always top notch & the quality stays the same.
Love the boutique but sizing could be better
I size how they tell me to, but only a handful of items actually fit. They’re either way too big or too small. You can only return things if you paid full price and the return was approved. I can’t justify spending $30+ on a top (not just here, that’s anywhere) and it not fit and have to go through the hassle of returning. I’ve taken a break for awhile from shopping.

To many issues with this Boutique
So I have spent so much money with this Boutique to try &get ready for Christmas & I’ve had too many issues with all 11, YES eleven orders. I started purchasing from JJ Rae back on 11/18/20 & out of my 11 orders I’ve only received 1 (one) off those orders! Here it is 12/21/20 & out of 11 orders only 5 show fulfilled but the packages haven’t even been sent to USPS yet. My 1st order one of my items that I like had a huge hole in the bottom where they sewed on the bottom cuff of the hoodie & the other item was fitting 2 sizes to big. They would NOT do a return because the products were bought at a discount! You can only return items not bought at a discount after contacting the company & within 7 days. It’s not my fault the items sized wrong or has damage to it. They should list measurements of their manufacture brands & their size ranges of what that S-3XL range is!
I tried to cancel my second order because it had been a month & the items still didn’t ship yet because I was gifting someone from out of town & wouldn’t receive these items in time for that gift. Instead of doing as I requested they mailed the package out 2 days after my request for cancellation! This company is very deceiving & I will no longer be purchasing from them & would NOT recommend them!
