As others have said, completely useless app if you don’t have a Spanish phone number. PIN to log in never arrived. I would give zero stars if I could
Awful
The most useless bike share app imaginable. Tried registering on both my phone and my wife’s. The app accepts our phone numbers but totally fails to send a pin in order to complete registration. Maybe it only functions w Spanish numbers but if so it doesn’t advise that, leaving you totally frustrated & unable to get a bike share bicycle. Totally useless in my experience.

Can not set up account
I have to get a pin sent but have had not PIN number and no response to my email. Are these bikes only available to Spanish residents? If so why not say? Or is the whole system not working? I'm so disappointed as we were really looking forward to cycling around Las Palmas
Bicis con horario
Solo se pueden sacar entre las 6 y las 23. De esta forma las bicis no sirven de nada, de día hay más que suficientes guaguas para moverse. Es de noche cuando hacen falta. Pero claro, solo te lo dice al sacar, después de que te hayan cobrado un euro. Fatal e inutil.
No cierra los viajes
No hay día que termine un viaje con la eléctrica, ancle la bici y se cierre el viaje. Tengo que estar revisando constantemente para que no me cobren de más.
