As others have said, completely useless app if you don’t have a Spanish phone number. PIN to log in never arrived. I would give zero stars if I could

The most useless bike share app imaginable. Tried registering on both my phone and my wife’s. The app accepts our phone numbers but totally fails to send a pin in order to complete registration. Maybe it only functions w Spanish numbers but if so it doesn’t advise that, leaving you totally frustrated & unable to get a bike share bicycle. Totally useless in my experience.

Can not set up account
I have to get a pin sent but have had not PIN number and no response to my email. Are these bikes only available to Spanish residents? If so why not say? Or is the whole system not working? I'm so disappointed as we were really looking forward to cycling around Las Palmas
Bicis con horario
Solo se pueden sacar entre las 6 y las 23. De esta forma las bicis no sirven de nada, de día hay más que suficientes guaguas para moverse. Es de noche cuando hacen falta. Pero claro, solo te lo dice al sacar, después de que te hayan cobrado un euro. Fatal e inutil.
No cierra los viajes
No hay día que termine un viaje con la eléctrica, ancle la bici y se cierre el viaje. Tengo que estar revisando constantemente para que no me cobren de más.

The SMS with pin code never comes. Maybe they haven't thought about supporting non-spanish phone numbers. This app is a terrible joke.
total scam
i put my card on this app and on the app it said 10€ but they robbed me more than 30-40€ i did not know and kept on renting ond in total they robbed me more than 100€
Desastroso
Pésimo trato de atención al cliente llevo 4 días intentando poner mi tarjeta de crédito y no me llega la autorización para que me activen la cuenta , llamo al número de atención y mando correos electrónicos y no me responden con “ desinstala y vuelve a instalar” pésimo servicio pésima aplicación pésima ayuda y pésimo trato al cliente ,4 correos he escrito y a ninguno han respondido aún

Despropósito
La opción de mapa impide ver la ciudad en mapa. Se aprecian únicamente círculos que hacen referencias a estaciones con el número de bicicletas disponibles, pero sin ver la ubicación en el mapa de esa estación. Es imposible ubicarte con la app y menos aún conocer si el destino hacia el que te diriges tiene estaciones cercanas, precisamente porque la opción de “mapa” es irreal. Un despropósito que una app de transporte no facilite estación función de forma útil, práctica y claramente visible. Me enfada que se otorguen concesiones y no se ejecute el trabajo de forma correcta. Si la app anterior tenía esta función básica, esta también debería tenerla.

Who created this app?
Absolutely terribly slow app that does not serve its purpose. The SMS does not arrive. You cannot open two bikes at a time meaning I couldn’t open a bike for my 9 year old son who doesn’t have a phone.

Unfortunately their mobile authentication doesn’t work for UK numbers so you won’t be able to register as their basic platform is unable to send you the verification code.
Dont use it
Scam. It supposed to be 2,5 e for 30 minutes. I payed 9 euro for 42 minutes. Also because of geotracking it wasnt working everywhere, it was braking by itself in some places. Totaly dissapointment. Also there is no much places to left this garbage.
