Pleased as punch
This VPN is reliable, and it really does work across apps beyond the browser. The multi-hop option is a nice touch, and being able to control your location goes a long way. I’m in a country with essentially no data regulations, so it’s nice to switch my VPN to a country with much stricter privacy laws. Still be mindful though of what a VPN can and cannot do. But generally I’ve got more freedom and control over the websites and apps I use, and the ad blocker really works.
I’ve looked at older reviews and the developers seem to be very responsive, as noted in other reviews, and as I’ve seen just from using this VPN.

Good VPN
I’ve used this VPN for a few years and I feel like it’s pretty good. It does most of what you want a VPN to do.
Sometimes unreliable
The VPN service can be unreliable, with service dropping out for minutes at a time. Also, the latest version keeps logging me out including when I’ve already connected to the VPN. It took several tries to get it to disconnect from the VPN since the app wouldn’t even show the option to disconnect.
Worst App ever
Don’t bother with this it does not work, when you try and get a refund they won’t give you one.

Cheap and very good
Excellent choice of servers with multi hop option. Very easy to use interface.
Far more utility than other VPN providers I have used

I pay for this, I shouldn't have to jump through three login hoops every time I open the app.

Fast and secure
Easy to use; fast enough that I rarely notice a speed difference. Great product!!
The world needs Mozilla
Easy to use. Works great. The world needs Mozilla.
Unsafe to use
It will put your location in places like Iran and other countries
Hate To Rate Mozilla Poorly
I have been a fan of Mozilla for many decades but the VPN just doesn’t work. I have a to turn it off and back on every time I wake my phone up. It doesn’t stay connected on my computer, and half the websites I go to won’t load with it on. It’s just useless.
Couldn’t even sign up
Probably because of iCloud Private Relay, got this error message from Fastly instead: Oops, something went wrong. Please check your connection, disable any ad blockers, or try using a different browser.
Solid VPN
Very satisfied with the functionality, and Mozilla’s commitment to privacy and security is key for me.
Didn’t connect to any servers
Literally can’t use this vpn
Server Unavailable
This is pure garbage! I've gone through every states in the USA and never not one connection every time. I even switched countries, multi hop, single. NOTHING. THE ONLY CONNECTION WAS THEM CONNECTING TO RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR STEALING MY MONEY EVEN IF IT WAS 10Euros. Just got it today and nothing but nothing. Not one website not one connection! Zero Stars or a trash can needs to be part of the rate system.

What happened?
I used to love this VPN and lately it doesn’t work. It doesn’t connect and then I get customer support from India when they used to be here in America. I also just renewed, but I think I’m going to ask for a refund because I can’t connect. The VPN is not working
