Great platform
I am so happy I was able to join this community. Watching tv and giving truthful feedback is so much fun and I love all the rewards! The gift card options are so good! Customer service is always on standby; they always respond so quickly if I have any problems. I have been in the community for about a year and I have no complaints:)

They’re legit
At first, I was worried that this wasn’t gonna be a legit rewarding program, but it is! They reward you at least $5 for everything you complete if not more. My one complaint is that if i exit out of the app for one second I won’t be rewarded. This has happened to me a couple times merely on accident and it’s unfortunate. However, it is not a scam I swear! It’s an enjoyable way to earn cash :)

Not so good!
After I claimed my 1st reward, I only got 2 sessions in the last 2 weeks which were both last minute sessions meaning that I didn’t have any invitations to those sessions on this app(MP MediaTest) AND didn’t have any email notifications UNTIL less than 30 minutes from when I had to start those sessions. Also, IF you do NOT complete any sessions for the WHOLE one to three hours, then you will NOT be rewarded for any amount of time you spent during the sessions unless it is your 1st session, because I personally think that they want you to think that you can get away with 15 minutes, or less, but then claim your 1st reward, and you better make sure you’re not even 5 minutes late, or you will not get your reward or any form of compensation for the amount of time you wasted doing their sessions.
Also, AFTER you CLAIM your 1st reward, you better NOT expect more than 1 or 2 sessions every two weeks IF you even get any sessions, AND also EXPECT to NOT have any invitations to those sessions in the app(MP MediaTest) or any email notifications for the sessions UNTIL less than 30 minutes before you have to start any sessions.

Waste
I signed up as a panelist and completed 3 sessions . I have not only not received my rewards and it’s past the 7th, I also have received no response from customer service regarding my account and payment . This is upsetting as I thought this was a professional company .
