App says no tests when I’m asked to do one

At least for me, the app does not work at all. For example, a few minutes ago I got notice that I had a test waiting for me in the mobile app. So I immediately went to the app in preparation of doing the test but it said no test was available. So I guess it’s just not working or it’s not working for me.

Unable to scroll

When I go to read the instructions for the test I am unable to scroll to finish reading. Also the app has issues with the continue button. I think I will stick to using the web version.

Lately, when we book tests, they force us to submit our real information. Then these companies contact us at will. It’s annoying and it blotches the experience with the reality that we’re exposing private details about us and our families.
