Photo upload in app is irritating
Uploading photos from the app is irritating and basically unusable. Unless you want to upload only the most recent 30 photos, it is IMPOSSIBLE. The app consistently reverts back to the most recent photos regardless of how long I let it load, how quickly I scroll, etc.
It is beyond irritating. It is infuriating. There has to be a fix. Please provide the developers the time and money to get this fixed.

Horrible App
Trying to upload pictures to this app is about as smooth as uploading an album to facebook in 2008 on a Razr flip phone. I can’t believe how awful and glitchy it is for 2026. I like the quality of my previous order from MPIX but it’s not worth the trouble. I can use Shutterfly and compromise cost and quality over it taking weeks to try to get one board completed for a grad party. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Do not waste your time. It’s trash. Absolute trash.

I actually love Miller’s Printing/Mpix for their quality and professionalism. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly. That being said, however, the app is trash. There are many types of printing you can’t even do on it and it glitches all of the time. It is a real pain and often it makes you lose a lot of time.

Terrible Application but Good Pics
I HATE that I have grown to like these pictures because the web and app are torturous to use. I have been printing pictures monthly for almost a year and want to rip my hair out every time because the usability is TERRIBLE. I would be throwing so much more money at it if it just WORKED. How the heck haven’t they even tried to fix it??? HIRE SOMEONE COMPETENT TO FIX THIS!!!

Great product, atrocious app…
This app has got to be costing this company tens of thousands of dollars in lost orders or customers. If I scroll more than three times to add photos to an album, it will jump to the top of the page & not allow any photos to be added in that session. While the quality of their work is great, how are consumers supposed to conveniently input photos if the app doesn’t work?

Millers is my go-to for all my fine art prints and I use them because of that, but the app is just abysmal. It does not reflect the quality of their work.

Glitchy app
I love ordering from Mpix, but the app is awful. It glitches constantly, won’t actually upload the photos, and keeps scrolling back to the top anytime you are trying to select photos. They have updates with fixes, but I’ve never used the app and not had an issue.
Miserable Mobile App
Zero effort has been made to make this usable on mobile. Great printing service, but I stop every time I start to try and order something, which is a shame.
Used to love it but app is now broken
The app used to work flawlessly and was my app of choice for ordering photos, but now it just hangs forever or makes me input my password a million times. I'm on an iPhone 13
Frustrating
Tried multiple times to upload pics and while selecting pics it kicks me back to the top of my album. Annoying. Pictures are good quality but app is terrible!
Too many bugs and crashes, not user friendly
I have been a loyal mpix customer for many years. Unfortunately the app is just so frustrating to use. Recent update keeps telling me I’m offline when I’m not. Won’t upload photos. Makes it a waste of time and impossible to even order.
Most frustrating app
The app is frequently glitching, logging me out, not saving my work, logging me out before I can try to save my work. It takes 5x as long as it should to create a photo book because of how poor the app functions. Quality of the prints is great but after I finally print and finish this photo book I’m working on I will never be using this site again for photo books.

Terrible
The app doesn’t even work half the time. It constantly logs you out and then if you manage to get in, it freezes. Not even worth the hassle to have the app and then trying to order from your phone /safari, google, etc) is also hard. Much easier to just order on a laptop but also then I have to send the photos from my phone to my laptop which is also frustrating.

I agree with another reviewer saying the prints are good but the website and the app are so frustrating and impossible to use that I just can’t use Mpix anymore. It’s been this way for a long time too and I just don’t see them fixing it so unfortunately I don’t recommend at all. Bugs out, freezes, I’ll select photos and then it won’t actually upload any or it’ll upload 3-5 of the same picture. The most frustrating annoying app I’ve honestly ever used.

I’m not sure why so many good reviews. The app crashes constantly so I could not get past my first choice. Something like this should not be available in the App Store.
