Why an app
NO CAR PLAY! App doesn’t work with phones password manager so you have to type in your password while you’re driving around to find a spot.
Greedy nobodies
This app is stupid to charge a fee for using the app. What a joke.
Auto logs me out
Every time I use the app it will auto log me out and say Oops something went wrong!
Fast and efficient
Like that I can save a ton of vehicles.

please fix the app, it would be perfect if it didn’t keep breaking every two seconds and logging you out. You have to try 3 times at least before you can pay for the parking.
Payment and kiosk issues
It always says “unable to process payment” with my card that works and sometimes the kiosks are broken so I’m out of luck!

This was the most terrible app that I’ve ever experienced. There’s some software engineering that needs to be ratified. It is not user-friendly and whoever came up with it should go back to the drawing board. It’s very time-consuming and by the time you figure it out you do want to get in your car and leave and wonder why anybody lives in Minneapolis.

Signs out
App keeps signing out when I am trying to pay for parking. It is very annoying and time consuming. If I had another option I would take it
Please stop logging us out
This app was great, but now I have to log in Every. Single. Time. It’s so frustrating. It won’t even log in via Face ID. I have to go through a three step process and get an email from Google every time I park. Seriously, fix it.
App keeps crashing
App crashes right after I try to confirm payment. I’ve done it successfully for the past years. This has been a frequent issue as I work in downtown. I end up paying at a kiosk - which takes a lifetime to complete the transaction. Please fix these issues. Thanks.

Whenever I try to pay it tells me the service is temporarily unavailable. Its been months. Deleting and reloading does not work. Setting up different accounts doesn’t help.

A convenience fee! What for? You require us to pay digitally! Should be rolled into the price. Just another way for the governments of Minnesota to do what they do best…. Nickel and dime their population. Beautiful place to live, but this is a classic example of a slow leak of affordability.
Bad. Can’t recover my account
I have not used for a while so tried to log in to make sure it still works. It didn’t. It has my cell number recorded but any attempt to reset the password doesn’t work. I received the reset at one of my emails, reset the password and it doesn’t accept it. My other email never receives the reset. And since it already has my cell number stored I can’t create a new account. Bad software QA and no method for contacting anyone to fix.

Decent app
Great for parking but the login issue is terrible and hasn’t been fixed the last few years I’ve used it. It’ll sometimes take 3-4 times to login and once you pay it’ll immediately log me out and say “Wong login or password”, which isn’t something I want to see after I pay for it.
