Terrible Application
Leave it to Minneapolis to have an app that makes it more difficult to pay for parking in their city. Why on God’s green earth would an app’s default communication be to an email address instead of just texting me the information?

Not accepting payment through app
This app worked really great until this summer. Then, it no longer accepted payment via the app. Apple Pay no longer works at the pay stations or within the app. Credit cards don’t work in the app, either. Very annoying.
Logs out every time it’s closed
Very poorly coded app. The Flowbird backend is terrible and every time the app is even soft closed, it logs out.
Awesome until it isn’t
Super easy app to use, convenient instead of having to find a pay station. The last few months, it will not accept payment. I just get an error, ‘payment not processed’ with both my linked card and Apply pay options; but I go to a kiosk, payment is accepted and complete. Definitely not as convenient or easy to use.

Hard to complete transactions with Apple login
As others have reported, you need to complete your transaction fast before it invalidates your session if you’re using Apple ID. Hopefully you aren’t in a hurry or have poor connection! It’s very annoying.
THE WORST PARKING APP EVER
This parking app is so bad. All it does is sign you out 6 times before it actually lets you purchase. The apple sign in feature needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY.
Does not work
Logs you out after every transaction, sometimes before you even complete the transaction. Has been this way as long as I’ve used it. They just release updates to reset the bad user reviews, apparently they don't fix bugs.

Why an app
NO CAR PLAY! App doesn’t work with phones password manager so you have to type in your password while you’re driving around to find a spot.
Greedy nobodies
This app is stupid to charge a fee for using the app. What a joke.
Auto logs me out
Every time I use the app it will auto log me out and say Oops something went wrong!
Fast and efficient
Like that I can save a ton of vehicles.
APP is ALWAYS TWEAKING
please fix the app, it would be perfect if it didn’t keep breaking every two seconds and logging you out. You have to try 3 times at least before you can pay for the parking.
Payment and kiosk issues
It always says “unable to process payment” with my card that works and sometimes the kiosks are broken so I’m out of luck!

This was the most terrible app that I’ve ever experienced. There’s some software engineering that needs to be ratified. It is not user-friendly and whoever came up with it should go back to the drawing board. It’s very time-consuming and by the time you figure it out you do want to get in your car and leave and wonder why anybody lives in Minneapolis.
