Bad. Can’t recover my account
I have not used for a while so tried to log in to make sure it still works. It didn’t. It has my cell number recorded but any attempt to reset the password doesn’t work. I received the reset at one of my emails, reset the password and it doesn’t accept it. My other email never receives the reset. And since it already has my cell number stored I can’t create a new account. Bad software QA and no method for contacting anyone to fix.

Decent app
Great for parking but the login issue is terrible and hasn’t been fixed the last few years I’ve used it. It’ll sometimes take 3-4 times to login and once you pay it’ll immediately log me out and say “Wong login or password”, which isn’t something I want to see after I pay for it.

When it works, it’s great
This app makes parking easy! At least if you’re in Minneapolis. Changing payment methods doesn’t seem to work, though, except by reordering them in settings.

Such a clunky system- time consuming- doesn’t retain credit card info- doesn’t respond to feedback nor improve system function after submitted complaint.
Great App, Just Needs Better Session Management
I really love this app overall. It’s accurate, easy to use, and I appreciate having a digital parking option instead of searching for a pay station or dealing with cash and coins. I also love that it’s connected to iCloud, making sign-in and account access quick and convenient.
My only frustration is that the app seems to time out very quickly. For example, if I need to switch to another app to check my bank balance or if a payment doesn’t go through because I selected the wrong card or don’t have enough funds, the app signs me out. When I come back, I have to log in all over again, which can be stressful when you’re trying to pay for parking quickly.
It would be great if the app could stay active in the background a little longer and only sign users out after they’ve been inactive for an extended period or after they’ve intentionally closed the app. That one improvement would make an already great app even better.

Crashes on every use
After you pay and leave the app it crashes and logs you out every time without fail. It’s a shame i need it or I would’ve deleted it

Super easy to use. Happy I can use it remote if I need to help a family member pay for parking
Not perfect
The app is fine when parking, but if you have extra hours left and you move to another space in the city, it does not allow you to change the space #. In fact, I was ticketed when parking at another location without being able to change the space. (I was able to get the fine removed). Software flaw in my view.

Probably my least favorite app
Logging in is a nightmare. It constantly logs you out mid transaction and just randomly. I regularly have to log in multiple times just to pay for my parking.

Good, functional app that lets you pay for parking.
Only downside is you have to go through like five layers of protection literally every time you want to use it… sometimes you have to go through it again even when you have an active session. I just want to park real quick, I’m not entering nuclear codes.

It works
Hate that this just another way to bleed money, no way to pay forward for the next car or anything. But that’s the world now. Not sure why I am forced to use 2 factor authentication, it’s beyond annoying.
Tired of this.
It's idiotic that in 2026 the app developers haven't found away to not log out the user every time they exit the app.
Pays parking and that’s about it
This app used to be good and now sucks. It always logs me out, I always have to login every time I open the app. That never used to happen. And now when I’m parking in Minneapolis, I don’t get notifications because it logged me out. I don’t know why it keeps logging me out, it shouldn’t log me out, it didn’t used to log me out years ago, and it would cost me a parking ticket because this app doesn’t do what it is designed to do. Or at least should be designed to do. Please make it not suck.

Worst app on my phone
Logs you out every time you use it. stupid custome UI is harder to use and tries to trick you into paying for "max" time. Frankly the fact that our tax dollars are funding this should result in legal action.
Stoped working
This was a great app, I could pay for my parking quickly and easily. Suddenly a few months ago it just stopped working and nothing I have done, reinstall, new account, app updates, etc - did anything at all. The app loads, everything works slickly, and then when I try to pay it makes the processed chime but says “transaction not processed, please try again later”

Poor UI Choice leads to 1 Star
This app finally started utilizing 2FA! Yay! For some reason, the developers chose to default to email for the 2FA codes. Weird choice considering it’s a mobile app so text messages are all but assumed to be available. So every 2FA requires a 2nd code via text. I wonder if the 2FA provider is making out like a bandit here.
