Logs me out

Every time I use the app I have to rush before it logs me out…. EVERYTIME.

Worked Great, Now? No

I’ve used this app for a long time without trouble. The Support people are really nice but kind of clueless. For instance, on Juneteenth, I couldn’t get the meter to take the payment so I called them for support and nobody knew what was going on. Turns out it was a holiday and they couldn’t tell me that. It seems awfully basic. Now for a month every day I try to park at the meters downtown. I have been unable to park. I have done everything that you’re supposed to do uninstalled reinstalled taking out my card put back my card. I worked with my bank and I finally got a debit card that works from Huntington. I tested the app and uptown and it worked fine but now I’m at work and after a month of trying, it won’t work again. The stations no longer take any cash and I need to park for my job because I work with people with disabilities. They’ve got nothing. I asked to escalate to a higher level of Support. There is none. I asked to talk to a supervisor. There is none. They took my number and said they’d have someone call me back, but I don’t know what the f* to do. This is my livelihood. And I am in tears today over this situation. I can’t do my job unless I can park.

Horrible app

App crashes at checkout 75% of the time. Get it together Minneapolis

Password Reset

Can’t reset password with Apple ID. Email never gets sent and since it’s linked to my phone number there is NOTHING I can do except accept a ticket. No manual option where I want to park making this a totally unacceptable experience. Wasted half morning trying to PAY for a parking spot. Just setup some sort of Apple Pay thing, it’s so stupid to need an account anyway.

Frustrating

This app is frustrating to use when you’re actually trying to park. It logs me out far too often, which is the last thing you want when you’re rushing to pay for parking before heading to an appointment or event. Having to sign back in every time wastes valuable time.

Another major usability issue is that when entering a parking spot number, the app brings up the full keyboard instead of a numeric keypad. Since parking spot IDs are numbers, this should default to the number pad. It’s a small detail, but it makes the process slower and more cumbersome than it needs to be.

The app works when everything goes right, but the overall user experience feels underdeveloped. A few basic quality-of-life improvements would make a huge difference.
