The fact that you lose points if you don’t use them in a certain amount of time. Its crazy. That’s ridiculous. I lost 32 points in one month.

Amazing people! They are very very nice to the customers! Their attitudes were very positive when I had questions, very honest with customers when the customers had questions! My experience with the Mr. Cleans Car Wash was very very amazing! 10/10 I highly recommend! Mr. Cleans Car Wash staff, keep doing what you guys are doing and make the customers happy! You guys made me happy!

Interestingly (1) no phone number included for each location (2) cannot control start/stop dates for monthly auto payments.
Not enough locations - poor car wash
Each location is really far from where I live (cumming) and the wash quality is really low, especially the blow dry. Also, there is no floor mat wash machine

Definitely the best car wash that I’ve ever seen since I’ve been living in Florida for the past ten years. Very helpful staff. The car is like brand new after each car wash. Love Mr. Clean Car Wash and will never stray away from them.

Doesn’t allow a spin every day as promoted, that’s frustrating. Have gone multiple days with out receiving spin opportunity.

They took away any chance of earning a discount with their spinning wheel game by removing the 16 & 20 point option! and you should be able to switch to another car you own.
Need upgrade
Leaves a lot of water and have to hold my steering wheel to stay on track.

The app doesn’t let me spin every day as promised.

What a blessing Ryan was so glad he is working there. He coached me through the whole process, which was very pleasant. Thank you once again for having such a great employee. Will return here and tell other people about this place in Ryan.
