Multi factor mess
The app is pretty basic and doesn’t contain sensitive PII. It signs out your login every 30 days, doesn’t use facial recognition and if your and iOS user, you can’t copy the code from Messages. Do better guys, you have great facilities and friendly people working there.
Ugh
I entered my phone number wrong and there’s no way to fix it.
Frustrating
I turned in my vehicle and can’t edit to add new vehicle. If your app doesn’t work don’t offer it.
It Works Just Fine
I haven’t had any of the issues some other people are complaining out.
App doesn’t work
Trying to add a vehicle for unlimited washes and there is no way to see the lists. Great quality control devs.
