The app is easy to use and the rewards you get are great. The latest update is great
Scan doesn’t register points most of the time
Scanning the points into the app doesn’t work a majority of the time. Of the 7 scans I’ve completed, 3 registered into points into the app. The others I have had to email customer service to get fixed. Need to fix this glitch.
Not happy
I have not used this app for a while, so consequently I forgot my password, so went to reset it and the website is down and server cannot be found, geez useless

Sign up for rewards Does Not Work.
Lousy app. Wouldn’t bother with their rewards card. I used 3 of my email addresses, because each time it said that email address is already in use. That’s funny,I haven’t been to a Mr. Mikes in over 25 years and have never signed up on their app.till now.
Doesn’t work
Tells me password is incorrect. Try to reset and it says try again later. Frustrating.
Doesn’t Show Card properly
Card doesn’t show up to scan in restaurant have to use the website or have server enter number manually. Can’t add to Apple wallet either.
