Hasn’t Worked For Weeks
Like the title said. Used the app for years no issues now it’s been weeks the app just freezes on a blank lit screen. Please update. I’m getting tired of Subway all the time.

App just wheels and will not display full menu or sub of the day. Very frustrating. I have updated app and turned off VPN and still issues

Needs a lot of work
App does not allow to make an order for same day. Earliest date to order is tomorrow despite the store being open now. Weird glitch where it tells you how to reset your password when you click on the different tabs.
Update: today is April 13. The soonest the app will let me order is April 21. The app also says my selected store isn’t enrolled in the loyalty program, which is untrue.

Worst user experience
This app is designed in a way designer feels easy … its not designed in a way that customers experience is smooth ..
login and ordering the whole experience is worst .. even after entering info 5 times it was not saving and after i made account and was able to place order after 45 mins of struggling.. when i close the app and open it again it keeps logging u out even if we save and select to login automatically .. and while i went to pickup it didnt show my order in The aap .. Worst experience!!!

Open app and after logo is just a white screen?
I’ve never been able to login from day one
Oh my god! Does this app even work? Make an account, can’t login with my password. Can’t make a new account with my email. Hit the reset my password for my email. Never receive a link to reset password ever.

I cannot order for today
I went in to order, I picked my store, and I attempted to place an order. It would not let me continue unless I entered a date and time. The first date available for pickup is tomorrow. I’m hungry today. Useless app.
Edit: looks like it’s just the store on Brock in Pickering that is not accepting orders for today. I changed my rating to a 3, as the app still sucks.

Garbage app
Why can’t you see the specials available without starting an order. I would place an order depending on available specials

this app is not really good except for scanning barcode
they offer free stuff but you cannot claim it.

They set up my app in store and now I can’t login or even change my password on my phone.Why have an app you can’t use?
Deals do not work
Stopped getting subs from mr sub because the app never works properly, the 2 for 1 deals never work at checkout. Too bad cuz they make great subs. Subway it is I guess
Needs work
Don’t like that it limits the toppings on your sub. We order through other apps to get what I want on a sub. Sad because I like Mr. Sub but we order online elsewhere that doesn’t limit toppings.
Odd limitation
First time using the app. Wanted to order a veggie sub on the app but it only lets you select 6 toppings. Never mind that a veggie sub should allow all the toppings but ANY sub should show all the toppings. What a cheap n short sighted way to lose a sale.
Sucks
I should have a free sub it won’t say it. The scan the app and doesn’t give me the free one. App sucks
