embarrassingly bad app. The website is so bad I was hoping the app might be better, but the app……. Routes you to the website when you tap on things….. insane UI. Who designed that. Good pizza though, wish it wasn’t such a pain to deal with
APP lost them my business
Mr Jim’s clearly refuses to accept that the APP is completely useless so I quit buying pizza because of it.

Can’t create an account or continue as a guest. Can’t order, can’t do anything with the app. Save your time and efforts and just call or get pizza from somewhere else.

Impossible to order from app like everyone is stating. I love the pizza but connivence is everything to me. I ordered from somewhere else. I was so irritated after trying so many attempts.

Downloaded app and then created an account but then when I try to login, it says your session has expired even though I haven’t logged in to the account for it to expire. Then tried to continue as a guest and all it does is take me back to the page to login or create account so I can’t even get into the app to continue with an order.
Got tired of entering my information over and over and also this does not have integration with Google, Facebook etc to automatically pull my information to create an account or login.

Expensive Pizza, Cheap App
You’d think for the amount of money they charge for bread with vegetables on it they could hire a competent IT team to create an app that actually worked. It’s terrible. Nothing works well. It’s like trying to stream 4k on dial up. It’s 2023 Mr. Jim. Figure it out, seriously.

Poor functionality
Downloaded the app it crashed and when trying to create an account and log it you can’t login and you have to do the process all over again.
Trash App
Title says it all - the app is trash as is the website, honestly. Everything is janky and parts don’t work. Can’t sign in, can’t reset password, can’t create new account - tells me I already have an account, but can’t access it as previously mentioned.
Just skip this place and order from somewhere else, their pizza isn’t worth all the hassle.

Needs work
I know there’s some trouble shooting when you start an app, but it’s 2022. Basic functionality is a given at this point. Can’t log in even as a guest and therefore no pizza.

Hard time getting to login screen. Then I can’t login because either it won’t or I’m told session is over and login again. Ugh!!
App Directs you to an Ad page from a Different URL
Downloaded the app today. Noticed the poor reviews but decided to see for myself. I opened the app and got a page advertising another vendor. Figured that must have been an error, I opened the app 3 more times. The ad still came up every time. Never got to a login page or menu. I deleted the app never to use again. Have never had this happen before.

Seriously bad app
Good pizza but the app is as bad as they come. Better off creating a shortcut to the website.
Worthless app
I wanted to open a franchise with Mr Jim’s but won’t because they won’t get with the 21st century. They’re losing hundreds of thousands of dollars due to this app. Sad, the pizza is great.

Not sure about all the bad reviews on the app. Didn’t check the dates, perhaps they fixed whatever issues they had. It’s May 1, 2022 and I ordered through the app with no issues! Easy order! Fast delivery! Great food!
