Took my money but didn’t fill my order. I didn’t get my food and they claimed they couldn’t refund me my money

Disappointing

First time to try this place. Ordered 2 items: chicken, flautas. Drove home. No chicken. Literally the thing they’re supposed to be known for. Drove back, flautas getting soggy by now due to the inordinate amount of crema on top. Got the chicken. Sauces were abysmal onion water with something to make them green and red. Zero flavor or heat. Chicken was tremendously under seasoned. Disappointing.

Very shocked see I was charged extra for a regular order Regio bowl $13.49 and and additional $2.50 for barbacoa n it’s not a double serving did prices change n I missed it
