Took my money but didn’t fill my order. I didn’t get my food and they claimed they couldn’t refund me my money
Disappointing
First time to try this place. Ordered 2 items: chicken, flautas. Drove home. No chicken. Literally the thing they’re supposed to be known for. Drove back, flautas getting soggy by now due to the inordinate amount of crema on top. Got the chicken. Sauces were abysmal onion water with something to make them green and red. Zero flavor or heat. Chicken was tremendously under seasoned. Disappointing.

My delivery was missing an item and I need a refund. I would need a feature to indicate a problem with the order within the app. To contact the company the app takes me to the company website and there is no link between my order and my message to the company.

Reward is trash
I see in my history I was at 79point and ordered a big meal for my coworkers and saw I was at 179 points and haven’t used since and some how show I was 10$ reward point and write for that receipt that show I used them or when. Nothing so trash and I’ll just go to taco express better food and chicken
