My app is not working
I have transferred the ownership of my car to my sister and since then my app isn’t showing the details of my license. I have contacted several RSTA officers and I was informed it was amended but the issue still persists. Can somebody help me?
Signing in problem
This app is worst, can’t access without mobile no. Most wools don’t remember mobile no registered while obtaining DL and while vehicle registration coz mobile number keeps on changing and can’t remember which one. Instead of asking mobile number, I think CID & DL no or Vehicle registration number would serve the purpose of signing in. Or they current mobile number option should be given to receive OTP or etc ... can’t even access the app, what is the use? I give zero or single star for developing useless or troublesome app.

User does not exist
When i tried to register in mrsta app, it gives error stating that the user does not exist in the system of rsta.
