Horrible App!
I wish my kids school would change. This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. Every time I try to log in I have to change the password, EVERY TIME!

Worst app
It didn’t even send my verification code to my email.. tried n number of times..this app Is horrible.. wondering how this app was built, tested by quality engineer.. I want to give zero star
Glitches
Does not work well - auto-replenish function does not work consistently.
Painful
It’s painful to use this app. Have to wait forever to get the OTP sent. Once you enter the OTP all you see is blank page. You have to use this app rarely when you actually need, but then you have to spend an hour to get in.

App is slow, buggy, difficult to load and freezes often.

The app will never open, it won’t send texts only email and that’s only when they get around to it!! Total trash!!

This app is horrible! It freezes most of the time & always gives me error messages! Every time it sends me a code to verify my login! So annoying!!
Help me!
Why do I have to verify the account EVERYTIME I open it to add money! I’m so annoyed with this I’m ready to go back to bringing checks into the office!

This is a useless tool the provides 0 value to anyone when venmo and other things exist.
Not user friendly
I work in UI/UX and this app has one of the worst user experiences I have ever encountered.
Login frustrating
This app is easy to use to add money but I have to constantly re-enter my password, then get a text code EVERY SINGLE TIME. Banking apps don’t even give you that much grief. It refuses to remember your credentials or offer a way to use a passkey.
Love it, but
I love this app, but I have to have a code sent to me every time I have to access it. Sometimes I am very busy and just need to quickly login. I select remember my device, but it does nothing. I have to wait for a code. Very annoyed by this.

EVERY time I log in to my account I press “remember device for future log ins” I’m forced to get a second code instead of just taking the password and it NEVER remembers my device. This isn’t a new concept guys.
Annoying and overpriced
Had this app for 2 of my kids. It's successful in funding their meal accounts however the entire workflow on the app is terrible. The remember my device nor the biometric login ever work and they force you to use 2fa every single time you login. I'm ok with that once in a while but but not every time. Sure there's a remember this device checkbox but it's useless. When you do get in it still lists my student who graduated years ago and forces you to confirm hit the "later" button. No tech support. Just call your district whatever that means. And then there is the cost. $2.25 doesn't sound like much but when it's per transaction just to out money in? Come on. Should be the max it costs and make other transfers a small percentage.

Inconsistent
This app is frequently down and doesn’t work. I have auto payments set up but it doesn’t attempt to reload and lets funds run out. After every update the auto payments have to be set up again, there was an app update 3 weeks ago so of course here I am trying to login so I can set up auto payment again and it is just spinning. I’m stuck at secondary authentication because it is not sending an email or a text. I wish there was another way to pay my school district, I only use this app because I’m forced to.

Please for the love of parents with multiple kids and zero time, get your app to remember me. Please don’t make me log in every time. Please don’t make me use two factor authentication every single time. Please. Honestly, if anyone wants to get into my app and put some money on my kids’ accounts, they’re welcome to. Let them. Let literally anyone in. Please.

You can't pay through the APP
I called I removed the installed movement application but I can't make the payment it's horrible!
It sucks
Literally sat here for two hours trying to make a payment and it still won’t go through. If you’re going to make an app that uses cards as payment make sure it works with all cards.
When it wants to work it’s fine
The log in for this app is moody. Half the time it works no problem. The other half it will not register my face as login, it says my password is wrong, and it takes over 20 mins to send a code to change it and it gives an error.
