Change is needed
I cant get anything done in the app the app load in a very small screen their is no way to make it bigger. Even I tap on the expend icon nothing change
It’s not the only option for funds
I bypass the fees and drop a check off, stupid monopoly system that preys on kids to encourage spending. I had to restrict though the district the breakfast and lunch meals.
The clerks, cafeteria liaisons push kids to buy meals, items for a %36 mark up price.
We are pushing to eliminate the platform or at least have competition.

Stuck on page…
It is stuck on security verification page… no matters what you
program in - it wont change the page.

Forced to use this trash app
Never stays signed in, never lets you actually use Face ID, have to get verification email to log in that sometimes takes hours.
Money stays pending for an extended period of time.

Upgrade
With the new upgrade is asking for security questions and it’s not letting put the second question and proceed to the main page. I closed the app and reopened and I still have the same problem. Fix the app please
Glitch
The app never moves beyond the second identity question. I haven’t been able to sign on since I got it.
App is worthless
Every time you go to use the app it makes you log in via the www instead so what’s the point in the app at all?! Now customer service AGAIN. Connect the app to this and that…why? What for?!?? We are trying to give them lunch money; why’s it so difficult. Save the $3 charge on worthless app and Send your kid with a check instead.

I am trying to sign up. For the website version, The verification code was never sent to my email. Checked the spam. Also, on the app to sign up, it asked me to pick security questions. Then, the page blanked out. Catch 22. Not able to make it work. Horrible coding. Someone got to fix those obvious errors

Login frustrating
This app is easy to use to add money but I have to constantly re-enter my password, then get a text code EVERY SINGLE TIME. Banking apps don’t even give you that much grief. It refuses to remember your credentials or offer a way to use a passkey.
Issue
Currently my app is not in sync with the correct data that is on line. I have looked for an update and don’t see one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still not syncing

Works great
This app works great, BUT….what is this “program fee” when checking out? Also, if the kids pay with cash for “extras”, it should show “paid with cash” so we as parents know. And it should show payments for the whole year instead of partial.
Outrageously expensive
Each time I recharge a kid‘s meal account - it cost me $3.75. Monthly reload make this a hidden cost $45/yr or $135 for three kids for this ‚free‘ app. This is outrageous. You get charged for the privilege to pay. I do not think so!

App asks me to update my profile with security questions and gives no questions to select from. Also… nothing appears in app when it opens, just blank gray spaces. FIX IT! You make money from tax dollars!
Can’t use app due to glitch
It keeps asking me when I open the app to choose two security questions but the second question doesn’t prompt. This is a problem since my kid needs this for school next week!
