App is worthless
Every time you go to use the app it makes you log in via the www instead so what’s the point in the app at all?! Now customer service AGAIN. Connect the app to this and that…why? What for?!?? We are trying to give them lunch money; why’s it so difficult. Save the $3 charge on worthless app and Send your kid with a check instead.

I am trying to sign up. For the website version, The verification code was never sent to my email. Checked the spam. Also, on the app to sign up, it asked me to pick security questions. Then, the page blanked out. Catch 22. Not able to make it work. Horrible coding. Someone got to fix those obvious errors

Login frustrating
This app is easy to use to add money but I have to constantly re-enter my password, then get a text code EVERY SINGLE TIME. Banking apps don’t even give you that much grief. It refuses to remember your credentials or offer a way to use a passkey.
Issue
Currently my app is not in sync with the correct data that is on line. I have looked for an update and don’t see one. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still not syncing

This app works great, BUT….what is this “program fee” when checking out? Also, if the kids pay with cash for “extras”, it should show “paid with cash” so we as parents know. And it should show payments for the whole year instead of partial.
Outrageously expensive
Each time I recharge a kid‘s meal account - it cost me $3.75. Monthly reload make this a hidden cost $45/yr or $135 for three kids for this ‚free‘ app. This is outrageous. You get charged for the privilege to pay. I do not think so!

App asks me to update my profile with security questions and gives no questions to select from. Also… nothing appears in app when it opens, just blank gray spaces. FIX IT! You make money from tax dollars!
Can’t use app due to glitch
It keeps asking me when I open the app to choose two security questions but the second question doesn’t prompt. This is a problem since my kid needs this for school next week!

while trying to set a new account, the 2nd security question is not showing up. Because of this, I am unable to even enter the app.
Worst app
This is the worst app I have installed on my phone. Unfortunately I’m forced to utilize it in the school district. Customer service is non existent. The app crashes and loses payments then they reappear. Get notified of balances even when they are not low, etc…

Old School, needs many update updates
I know schools are paying an arm and a leg for this service and they refuse to do any updates. My children are middle school and high school aged and we have been using this since early elementary school. I can’t remember any updates it’s ever received. Where is the innovation? Why do I have to authenticate every time I login, even though I have selected the option to trust my device. The order history is impossible to find, yet it is very important to have in many scenarios.

It didn’t even send my verification code to my email.. tried n number of times..this app Is horrible.. wondering how this app was built, tested by quality engineer.. I want to give zero star
Glitches
Does not work well - auto-replenish function does not work consistently.
Painful
It’s painful to use this app. Have to wait forever to get the OTP sent. Once you enter the OTP all you see is blank page. You have to use this app rarely when you actually need, but then you have to spend an hour to get in.
