Worst App and Technology
MSB can never seem to get technology right. Wherever I have needed the SafeCard app it hasn't worked. Once again- not working. What's the point of having a SafeCard if you can't manage it when you lose it and you can't call anyone?
Bad app
The app opens to a ‘Establishing secure connection’ message and then just sits there. I waited for 5 minutes and still nothing. Waste of time.

please fix this app! i can’t even start it and the start button doesn’t show up. it says establishing a secure connection please wait. it stays on that page for hours never changes.
please update the app and or start a new one. i really like to turn my card on and off and control my spendings.

Categories and actions are not clearly described
From the in app descriptions of possible actions, it is hard to tell what actually happens. Also it looks like you can only deny transactions, not set linits. If my criticisms are incorrect, then please make the instructions clearer

Constantly get alerts for things I have paid for days ago and it freaks me out.
