There is no way to log in. I can’t put in my password number because the password prompt does not show up

I’ve been with this Bank since it was only in Merced I was 19 years old. I’m now 64 still with the same Bank love this Bank.

Excellent App
Absolutely love this app, love the convenience of it, being able to monitor my accounts from my phone and the tellers are always available to answer questions right away. Highly recommend this app to everyone!
Why so many issues??
The biggest issue I have with this app, is pretty much the “issues” this app has every night. I should be allowed to access my app at night but it always pops up with an error and won’t update my funds accurately or even let me transfer money between my checking and savings accounts. It’s super annoying.

It really helps me with paying my bills and keeping an eye on accounts to transfer when needed for automatic payments.
Fix syncing error bug
The app has so many syncing errors that make it where you can’t transfer money from Savings to Checkings. And it’s not just my account. When the app has a user has a sync error, every MSEFCU user has the error too. My coworkers in the school district will text each other saying “I can’t transfer money again…” and we’ll all check and see that it impacts us too. Why is this bug not fixed after years of it being an issue?

Syncing error
Every time I’m in line at a store I’m playing card declined roulette. Like 10% of the time the app doesn’t let me transfer money from my checking to my savings. Horrible reliability.

I find that the app doesn’t update right away, sometimes I have to wait for a day or two to have my balance updated.
