cant rent a movie
about 6 months ago i watched a movie while renting but now it says subscription . Is renting not an option anymore?

Why can’t we cast it in our tv, connecting hdmi as other software
Looks like scam
At first they promised they will release 3/4 movies in a month and asked to take get annual subscription to support them. I did take annual subscription to support nepalese movies industry and Nepalese business. But now it’s been almost 6 weeks they haven’t added any movies after jerry on top. That means i paid 2 months subscription for 1 movie? It is scam or what ?

Very few movie option and bad customer service experience
Worst customer support they made me do many things just to cancel my subscription plan still the plan is not cancelled after spending 30min on app

I wanted to share some thoughts regarding my experience with your streaming platform. I was initially quite enthusiastic about the service, but over time, I found that the frequency of new movie uploads felt a little sparse - perhaps only once every couple of weeks. For a $10 monthly subscription, I personally felt that the value wasn't quite there given the content availability.
actually stuck with the subscription for a full year, genuinely hoping to see the library expand as promised. Unfortunately, I didn't quite observe the collection growing as much as I'd anticipated, and it often seemed there were various reasons for delays in new content.

Poor service
I subscribed to MSN Video for $9.99 just to watch Nepal cricket matches, and it was a complete waste of money. The main reason I paid was for live matches, but the app failed to deliver. I couldn’t watch the live game at all.
This is very frustrating. If you are charging users, at least make sure your core service works. There is no proper system, poor streaming reliability, and no clear support when something goes wrong.
I feel misled as a customer. I paid for a service that was not provided. I am requesting a full refund immediately.

Register and login section sucks
Tried to login but got error timeout of 10000ms exceeded. The ux fells so bad

Hi, I got a monthly subscription, I tried to cast it on tv but it doesn’t work. The only option is for me to watch on phone which I don’t like.
Bring back renting feature
This is not a Netflix like
platform which pushes a lot of content. Nepali movie release takes time and there isn’t much to watch. Renting movie was best thing in this app, and now its removed. You guys need better marketing and management team. Stop being greedy, we still rent and pay. Maybe give another 5 years to have enough content for a subscription based model..

I used to rent a movie for a day or a week. Now they have gone from rental to subscription. I mean subscription ma jana lai teti dherai contents haru pani chaina. You guys need a good marketing team which you guys don’t have at the moment. I used to use this app but I won’t be using it anymore.

Unsubscribe the plan
I tried unsubscribing the current plan, could not see the option. UI not user friendly and why the more payment options popup in browser and the information says manage through the app when everything started from there. Where can I find the card information add/remove card options??

Don’t bother
If I could I wouldn’t even give a star for how they handle issues. I hired a movie for 7 days and without even watching the movie it disappeared, contacted them multiple times through WhatsApp and all I got was technical issue no mention of refund or when the movie is coming back. Save your money and don’t bother with this app and I’m making a complaint with my bank for chargeback for service I didn’t receive.
