Let’s be real. So many companies steal your data every time you click ‘accept’ or ’allow’ quickly to get rid of the pop up. This way you’re in control with what and how much you share…AND YOU GET PAID FOR IT. And not some $0.06 cents but a couple bucks for 2-3 minutes of your time. It’s awesome.

Horrible Service
I had a very disappointing experience with the MSR Survey app. After spending my time completing surveys and earning rewards, my account was permanently suspended without any clear explanation or evidence of what I supposedly did wrong. They simply claimed I violated their policies but refused to provide any proof or specific details.
To make matters worse, they never paid me the $20 I had legitimately earned. It feels unfair to invest your time only to have your account closed and your earnings withheld without transparency.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. If you decide to use it, be aware that your account could be suspended without a clear explanation, and you may have difficulty receiving the rewards you’ve earned.

Such easy to get reward you don’t have to download games. You don’t have to buy anything none of that stuff. It’s just simple data usage and you cash out so easily. I love this app.

I cashed out a $10 PayPal email redemption. I did not receive the email and now this company will not send me the email for the money I earned. It’s turning into a scam. I thought highly of this company until this happens now I think very lowly of them stay away.
Premium task taken out when I have already reached 80 percent to completion
The app was good at startup. Cashed out my first 10gbp. I had a second premium task and I had completed 80percent and was about completing the last when all my task was taken out and I was told there was a bug and they are working to get it fixed. It’s been 3days since it was taken out and it hasn’t been returned . This task has a time frame to expire. This is unacceptable not after I have given my data up to 80percent.

This app is great, I’ve used it since September of last year, but now I can’t even use it anymore cause their fraud detection falsely accused me of something I didn’t even do. And it all stemmed from me starting a case with them on how I got flagged for redeeming too many eBay gift cards in a row after I saved up 30$ for 3 10$ gift cards

Started great ended awful
Can’t believe I used this app regularly and no issues! Actually loved the app! Then one day went on and all the surveys (although had completed) say expired!! Tried to reach out so many times to resolve with no response. I thought something wrong with app so deleted and reinstalled. Still couldn’t access app. So I set up using another email as thought it had gone and no joy… when I did get a reply eventually they literally accused me of fraudulent activity and didn’t even send me an email to say this happened for me to explain and took all my points away!!! I can’t believe it was genuine mistake and so very offended….if they answered the query in the first place this wouldn’t have happened…. Also noted that a lot of surveys were timing out and not getting paid so not the best and DO NOT TRUST!!!

Disappointed at the help I get.
Asked for help because I referred my daughter for this program and in return should have gotten paid $20 for my refer and $40 for my teenager but both of us didn’t get it instead she got .4 and I got .2. Try to reach out to them but only AI answered and make us go in circles. Can someone explain how to get help from a person that actually work there?
