Just slow and bad

In general the app is just bad. Can’t bulk delete messages. Therefore you build up tons of old messages which makes loading and reading a new message so slow. The app randomly logs you out and as you start to log in before you put your password in, it logs you back in. The switch from this app from Brightwheel was a bad move.

Great app for My Small Wonders

This app allows us to get notifications about all the exciting things going on at My Small Wonders. We can pay our bill, see photos and videos of our kids, and be more involved with what is going on with our kids even when we cannot be there. The app was a little rocky last summer but has been great since the last couple releases. Keep up the good work.

Rarely works. Unacceptable.

This app rarely works. We chose our childcare based on the technology available to watch our child and communicate with the staff. Since the switch from Brightwheel to MSW moments, this system seemingly never works and is completely unreliable. Totally unacceptable especially given the amount of money we pay for this particular school.

Always broken

The app works about 1 day a week. Constantly have to contact tech support to fix it.
