I hope you like commercials.

I enjoy the few minute of the show I’m trying to watch. I do not enjoy the 3 commercials about every 5 minutes. I need to find another method of watching the shows I like.

Bad update

This app was great until the last update. You can’t watch anything without the app crashing. I don’t know what you changed but please please change it back. I’m about to delete the app and give up. This is ridiculous.

Not working with Altice One

As title says it’s not logging in with Altice One even thought I have it on my tv.

Not free as the App Store suggests.

The App Store has this listed as free with no “in app purchases” label next to the “Get” button. It also says this app is “Included with my Spectrum account”.

After downloading the app and signing in with Spectrum, every single episode has a red key affixed to it, meaning I can’t watch them. A message appears that says I don’t have MotorTrend included with my Spectrum account. If that’s true, then ok fine — but don’t say that this app is included with my account when it’s not, and don’t label it as free when it’s not.

I'm sorry for the confusion over the app. The app itself doesn't cost anything and you cannot purchase anything within the app, which is why it is listed that way in the app stores. You are required to have a subscription through a TV provider to access all of the content, but there is some free content you can watch that we add to all the time.

Getting ready for commercials

Seriously too many ads. Literally 16 ads with only 2 mins of program content. This is crazy Commercial breaks are regularly 8 ads.

Motor trend app

The motor trend app give the ability to watch my show when I not home but on vacation I still can see my shows and never miss a single episode

No top gear

The only reason I downloaded this app was for top gear, which they have listed as one of the shows, but when you click it none of the episodes load. If I could give this app zero stars I would.

App crashes when trying to watch a show

Recently, I go to watch a show and immediately upon pressing play it will crash. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but it still crashes. Please fix!

Doesn’t work + Privacy Issue

I changed cable providers and this app offer no option to change it. I deleted it and reinstalled to see if it would “delete” all the data like the message outlined

It kept the old login and you cannot change it. A glitch and a lie. You lied when you said you would delete the data.

Too many commercials

I’m happy I can watch the shows I missed when they originally aired, but the commercials..... If you watch a program half way through and want to watch it again later, you can’t just simply forward to the place you left off. They force you to watch all the commercials again and the commercial breaks are often unbearably long. Sometimes showing the same commercials multiple times in the same break. I like the app and the commercials aren’t a “deal breaker”, but I could give it a higher rating if usability and commercials were refined a little.

Too many commercials

I already pay for the cable service. If I want to watch the commercials I’d watch it as listed. I don’t expect commercials from an app who already makes their money off the commercials aired during the initial airing of the programs. I guess I’m back to recording my shows and fast forwarding through commercials. This app is junk until they fix the horrible advertising problems. It really is too bad because all my favorite shows reside on this app and channel. One viewer lost.
