Best chicken in the city, app doesn’t work?

Why doesn’t the app work? I was so excited to order and now all of a sudden it’s busted? This is the best chicken in the city. fix your app and I’ll change my rating.

Shouldn't Exist & Doesn't Work

Agree with other reviewers that the fact that you have to download a standalone app for one restaurant (and can't even order at all from a computer!) is completely unreasonable. And today the app isn't even loading at all past the logo screen. So I guess I will get lunch from somewhere else.

I don’t need an app to order chicken

This is a fried chicken restaurant. Not a tech company. Why do I need to download an app to order chicken. What a waste of money.

Awful, de-humanizing, and over-priced

The fact that you can’t order from a person at the restaurant and are forced into basically a large format of this app is obnoxious. That you even need a unique app for a restaurant with one location is a joke. This is a restaurant not a tech startup, it will never be a chain l, and Ethan Stowell should stick to fine dining.

Also, a dollar charge for a tiny container of sauce is highway robbery.

Great Customer Experience

Killer app! When I scan the QR code at the table tho, I get stuck on the free fries promo screen (iOS 13 Pro Safari) but I eat here a lot and I already got free fries and it doesn’t let me bypass this screen. So I had to download this app and then I was able to order, which is cool. Love the customer experience at this restaurant! Also love that it’s next to Queer/Bar and that they’re open late. Great food, cool use of tech, good chicken. 10/10

Doesn’t work? (iPhone 12)

I downloaded it to place an order and the checkout button doesn’t path to payment - it reverts to “Loading” but shopping cart is still visible. :(

It’s "strum-believable!"

Write a short review for a mobile app that lets me place an order at a fried chicken sandwich restaurant. The app is so good, you will use analogies comparing it to a Martin guitar. Include one “dad” joke to make a valid point:

I've gotta say, this mobile app for ordering fried chicken sandwiches is like a Martin guitar in the world of food apps. It's sleek, intuitive, and delivers a harmonious ordering experience. Just like how a Martin guitar produces smooth melodies, this app lets you create your perfect sandwich with ease.

And here's a dad joke to drive the point home: Using this app, you'll find ordering so finger-lickin' good, you'll think it's "strum-believable!" So, if you want to avoid a "fowl" experience, give this app a "pluck" and make your chicken sandwich dreams come true.

simple and fun

compared to doordash this was easy to use. i didn't see the option to change my pickup time before i checked out but i could change it after so that was ok. ngl the bouncing balls were fun to play with i like how they fall when i tilted the phone.

Easy peezy!

The new bubble interface is fun and intuitive, nice update. Much better than the tile interface from before.
