Terrible banking service
Bank has done nothing but give me constant issues practically every month, and god forbid you do have a problem not only do most the employees have an attitude about having to do a job. But the problem itself never gets solved and just comes back in a month
This app never loads
Just go to the website. The app is useless after an update. It never loads your data.

It might help if you sent the code to the new phone instead of the old one.

DANGER! LOOSES YOUR DEPOSIT
This app cannot be trusted! I used it to deposit a disabled veterans check trying to help him today meet a deadline to pay bills + pay for return postage on 2 items that must be mailed out TODAY & this bank CANNOT FIND THE DEPOSIT! The bank SAYS “it takes 2 days for deposits to post” & there’s NOTHING in the description about the fact that it’s FASTER to drive to their bank & make a deposit in person! NOTHING pops up UNTIL AFTER YOU CLICK “deposit”! Please remove this app from the App Store until such time that bank fixes it to IMMEDIATELY make funds available. The scariest part is: the bank CANNOT FIND THE DEPOSIT!!!

My McKinley bank has made great strides to keep up and surpass even what some of the megabanks have to offer in online banking.
