App is no longer working on iPhone
Used to be an efficient, great functioning app. Now, perhaps since latest iPhone update or so, app refuses to allow login. Does not connect, constant errors. Developers/support, please check on this issue. Access to our medical information is not a trivial matter.

What is the point of this app
Website doesn’t let you register. App doesn’t let you pay with different error messages for the same thing. Why not just let us pay online like normal people?

Cheap & Incompetent
Not receiving any emails with registration codes or for password resets. No, not in Spam. The QR code on my bill doesn't work because they are using a free qr code that has been used too many times. Cannot trust this company with my private health info because they are so cheap that they are incompetent.
If they are too cheap to pay for a qr code, they are probably too cheap to pay for adequate SECURITY and are probably selling my personal information for extra money.
I hope this company gets investigated by the Feds

Cannot register - and no access to app support
When you are registering a new account, you do not expect to see “your data doesn’t match our records”! Huh? At that point, you don’t HAVE any of one’s data. (Unless you imagine a very creepy scenario…). I tried to find support for the app on the website, but there was no place I could ask for help. Moving on to another medical records app I guess.

App never works
Everytime I scan the code or try to enter my info into the app, it never finds my account or allows me to make one. Worst app ever

The app has been dead for a while now. None of the features work, and there hasn't been an update in 2 years. It needs to be taken off the app store.

They have this Application to access pretty much any information, but since day one I was not able to process a payment using the application. That’s something that needs to be fix so the patient can used it with no problems.

Tried to use this app months ago. Had login issues. After many back and forth with the doctor’s office and MTBC customer support I was finally able to login.
It does show some useful information like lab work reports when it works.
I tried to setup an appointment yesterday it will show the provider as off. How is it possible all providers in a clinic are off every day of the week?

Can’t make payment
I won’t let me make a payment even though it says I have a payment due.
