Can’t even sign in
This app is trash keeps saying no internet connection but EVERY other app I have works. Just this one doesn’t. Uninstalling and switching banks on Monday if not fixed.

It used to work, but suddenly stopped. Not impressed
New App is not very good
The new version is not very good at all. It’s too busy on the main page, whereas the old one was simpler and easier to navigate. Also, when doing internal transfers, the deposit would show up immediately on the old app, whereas it takes a while for the new one. The password login is a pain as well, as it won’t let you use a simple password versus the old version. Still need to work the bugs out on the new version, and make it simpler to use.

New update is awful
I’m seriously considering leaving the bank just because of the new app. It’s awful. No Face ID anymore, you have to scroll down just to see your accounts. Why is my credit karma rip off the first thing at the top?

What happen to faceID login in new update?
Will not log in using faceID. Have to use password every time. Don’t list it in the things the app will do if the app will not allow you to us it.

Great app. Wish to See pending transactions from the app.
Love using it to see my accounts. Love the ability to use fingerprints to assess instead of logging in all the time. I am one that forgets passwords fairly easily therefore alternative log in is awesome. Only problem is I own a credit card with them and it isn’t allowing me to see my transaction history. Will have to stop again at the facility to see if we can resolve this.

We need to be able to print out bank statements and bank history on this site. This site need more options and we should be able to get our account number on this site as well.

Easy and very responsive. Most everything I need is featured on the app. Besides that MTC is the best bank around

The new interface is good. I do miss the graphs. I really like the way it shows the account totals.

Would be nice to have a location where we live, or linked to an affiliated well known bank.
