Fix your app! I need to buy only 1 ticket and I’m basically forced to use this app BUT I cant even enter my account. The app doesn’t send any pin-codes, although the number is lt, the previous pin doesn’t work too. Why would you even need such a complex log in system? It’s extremely frustrating! Kaunas’ app ziogas works way better and there aren’t any issues like this.

Can’t even open the app and pin code is not received to phone number. Time to update to 21st century?

Unverschämtheit
In der Travi App lassen sich Fahrkarten erst ab 5€ Mindestwert kaufen, für geringere Beträge wird auf die m.Ticket App verwiesen, die jedoch nur auf Litauisch ist. Zum Öffnen wird ein Code verlangt, den kein Nutzer hat. Somit muss man seine Fahrkarte analog kaufen.

You’ve been in the EU for almost 2 decades now, stop having tunnel vision and start building your apps with an international mind! This is a major bus app for heaven’s sake, not an obscure service only locals would use.

I cannot understand how a capital city which is visited by lots of foreigners don’t offer another language to use the app! It is disappointing

Siūlau pridėti dar du-tris iššokančius ekranus, kurie klausia ar nori aktyvuoti bilietą. Nes jei spaudžiu didelį mygtuką, kuris rašo Aktyvuoti bilietą, dar būnu nevisai apsisprendęs.
