OTP function is stupid
The app keeps prompting users to set email address for receiving OTP, which is very annoying. There is only 1 account for each flat/unit, different family members need to use the same login account and apparently people don’t share the same email account.

Warning - spyware
This application attempts to spy on your paste buffer every time it is launched. Clearly there is no legitimate reason to do so. The developer does not disclose what they do with the private they capture via this approach. I recommend deleting the app

Poor usability - please update now
The first screen has no information at all, but logo at the centre bottom of the screen acts as access for menu, which I only accidentally discovered. Please make it more like a button, or have the buttons within shown on first screen! There is no point hiding it other than poor usability design.
Multiple functions shows ‘Sorry you do not have permissions’ despite I already signed in. If the function is not yet available, it should say so. This includes ‘Clubhouse booking’, ‘Activities and interest class’, ‘My bookings’, ‘My tickets’.
In fact, these functions would be the main reason customers are looking to use this app, but since the apps launched back in Aug 2020, nothing has been updated.
MTR, what are you doing? Please update!

部分和屋苑管理相關嘅通知喺app見唔到，仍然要用戶去返地下大堂睇通告，點解唔可以全部通知放喺個app入面等用戶登入之後睇到呢？
Don’t bother, waste of time.
Security code to get access, security check to login, security password need to be elaborate. Massive T&C’s. You would think it’s a bank app. The effort and security required to gain access is almost military grade. Finally in, and the app doesn’t do anything. What’s the point?
