Even app support doesn’t work
What’s going on with this app. It just freezes when I try to launch. Even the app support freezes.
Good if it works. Terrible when it doesn’t.
Plenty of choice of different kinds of merchants but god forbid you or the merchant cancels. You will then be trapped in the middle. The merchant will tell you to call Toby. Toby will make it as difficult as possible to contact them and you just have to cross your fingers and hope a refund drops out of the sky.

Do not use
Do not use this service - you cannot delete the account, and as a result of using my number am getting random WhatsApp message multiple times a day. Support has not helped. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR NUMBER ON THIS PLATFORM!!!!!!
Great app but would be much better if emails in language chosen
While I think this app is great, when email confirmations are sent they are mainly in Chinese most of the time. For instance even a survey emailed had the main part of the survey in Chinese which I cannot read so could not give any proper feedback. On certain parts of the app it also changes to Chinese even though I select English as the default language.

Such a rip off service
Such a rip off company. My wife and I paid to have our Covid sample picked and we were charged an extra $50 for Remote Area. I live in Mid-Levels and do consider this to be a remote area. Their explanation afterwards was:
"the remote areas additional fee is decided by the pick-up address distance from the nearest MTR station but not the clinic, so it will have the extra charges for that."
You need to make this clear before we pay in the payment screen because "Remote Area" is so misleading, why don't you just say what you mean? You can't because you want to mislead people.
I think a lot of companies here need to learn from the West about customer service; it's as if we are doing you a favour.
