Can’t even join
I’ve tried to register on the app and it never works. It requires a One-Time Password that is texted to the given phone number. The password never sends. Use PRONTO, user friendly and actually works.
No update in 4 years? Garbage.
There is no support. Try a different app. This should be deleted.
Outdated use Pronto and Google maps apps instead
Update or remove this app Compass cards are no longer used for San Diego bus and trolley use Pronto app for ticket and Google for schedule

Site is down on a bus and can’t register. Can’t pay with credit card, phone or break a $20. Horrible app
Complete Garbage
Says last santee trolley is at 8:30PM when the entire city of San Diego knows that it runs until almost midnight. It’s horrible with its scheduling, doesn’t say any buses or trolleys are available after 9PM on the app, ridiculous, on gawd, get your app together.

Keeps saying the certificate is invalid and private information is at risk.

This app does not work well at all. You are better off if you ask one of the metro cops.
Orientation
The app should work in either portrait or landscape orientation. Currently on the iPad you forced to use it in portrait mode; it is clumsy to hold an iPad that way. It is the opposite on an iPhone, obviously the app is designed for that device.
Cost more to use this than to use cash
You don’t have a one way ride pass? I have to buy a day pass? Never mind! Off my phone you go.
Pointless
There is no way to buy passes with the app so it’s pretty much pointless. Google Maps already does everything this app does and more.
