Is this a joke?
This app only downloads in Spanish with no apparent way to convert it to English. How can you expect a company to keep your data secure if they can’t even have a working app? When you are using this service make sure you screenshot every purchase you make. If you don’t you may not be able to find your confirmation numbers as emails are shoddy at best.

Issue with iOS app
Great service, but the latest iOS app has a language issue. My iPhone 11 is set to English, the App Store listing and cbx website are both in English, but the app is completely in Spanish. I deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and the issue persists. Please fix this bug.
Would be a nice app but wrong language.
I’ve deleted it and re-installed. No where on my phone do I have Spanish as a setting. All the information about the app is in english, but when I add the app to my phone, it’s in Spanish. I’ve checked the settings in my phone under language and only English is listed. I tried to chat but never get a response. So, that’s the reason for my rating.

Broken
This app is broken! It gets stuck on the loading screen every time I try to pay for my ticket. It’s been broken for over a month

Cero intuitiva, diseñada no sé con quién en mente pero no para el usuario definitivamente. Intente con tres métodos de pago diferentes y los tres rechazados pese a haberse generado el cobro. Pésima aplicación.
