Terrible telephone and WhatsApp service and the option to speak with someone in English is pointless because the prompt doesn't register your selection and just hangs up on you on third attempt, Spanish speaking agents just hang up on you, and WhatsApp support just ghosts you. Unbelievable that I can find worse customer service than Aeromexico.
