Terrible telephone and WhatsApp service and the option to speak with someone in English is pointless because the prompt doesn't register your selection and just hangs up on you on third attempt, Spanish speaking agents just hang up on you, and WhatsApp support just ghosts you. Unbelievable that I can find worse customer service than Aeromexico.

Pésimo servicio!
Tengo esperando el rembolso de la TUA meses! No pude asistir a un vuelo por problemas de salud y hasta la fecha no me contestan, me dicen que en 10 días y nada! Por correo ya no contestaron y por llamada me dicen que por ahí no pueden hacer nada y por WhatsApp que en 10 días y 10 días y nada! Pésimo servicio la verdad!! nunca más volveré a volar en esta aerolínea ni mi familia!
