Doesn’t work as advertised.
Customer support and coverage is lacking. Despite choosing a country in their app, the service didn’t work when I arrived. Their customer service is closed during normal 9-5 M-F business hours which means no live help and they sent me a link to a page showing the country I was in wasn’t covered in complete contrast to what their app showed. Kind of feel scammed and had to purchase another plan with another carrier after arriving with no coverage.

Works well
Only app I found that combines physical data sims and eSims on the same account and balance. Has worked well for me in the US on AT&T and worldwide. Not the cheapest but reasonable, functional and in my experience reliable.
Get a more established sim
App self-service just went down and customer service basically said “wait until it’s fixed”

После обновления приложение перестало работать совсем. На iPad - перезагружается, на iPhone - показывает пустой стартовый экран.

The app restarting every time when I tried to copy my payment info. When I’m back to app registration process starting from beginning.

Can’t register
I’ve left my original review below but have upgraded from 1 to 3 stars simply because of the excellent support.
There are still problems and it is far more difficult to setup than Yessim and My Truphone, both of which work easily to set up the eSIM, but the support is great so there is hope for them.
Gives silly error: Street_unit must be less than 10 characters long. Our house has a name, not a number.
Hack past this error and after repeated attempts pay by PayPal. Get given details to set up eSIM but when I enter them in iPhone I get told that the account has expired - wow, how quickly are you supposed to enter that info!!!
So I’m €5 down for no service whatever.
I tried to log in via their website and get password is invalid, even though it’s stored in Lastpass and works with the mobile app
Oh, and just for the final kick - the passwords reset email never arrives.
I’d avoid until they get their software and systems sorted out. This is poor.
