This is not MU. The game play is not bad. Players not crazy pk’ers. Each day you just run through the daily quests. It seems that you have pay to get to certain VIP level to be able to obtain certain items. I am not fond of this type of game. I don’t mind slow grind to get the item but if the only way to certain item is by paying money then I am out.

I'm talking because players kymizinho and [asta] from server 25 us east are freezing the game whenever they want through malicious applications, in order to benefit from all the rewards in an easy way, the game is it becomes unplayable in this way and I don't see when this will end, I ask for a fine against these two players for playing illegally

I wish I could disable notifications I am ocd and the red dots on everything drive me insane.

A few days ago I spent $100 for 5000 diamonds and the game was suppose to give 5000 extra diamonds to first timer. Which will total your diamonds count to 10,000, but I had only received my 5000 diamonds and did not receive the 5000 extra diamonds promised to first time buyer. Devs please give my 5000 extra diamonds.

I’ve played Mu Online for 14 years.
This is not the same as Mu Online.. the quest based kills it.. makes it boring and highly repeating.. I’m not saying we don’t need quests.. but maybe something more about killing monsters, negotiating, selling items, resets.. much more events.. it’s just repetitive and you depend on the quests.. I wish it was like the real deal.

Never thought I’d get into mobile gaming
I used to play MU Online back in 05-07. I’m now getting into it again mobile version and I’m loving it! Great game
Really bummed
I love this game so much but i ran into a late game issue. My server isn’t able to join the abyss and im really invested in my character and dont wanna restart on a new server. There was no warning that my server didnt have the abyss and its a big part of late game play. I really think there needs to be a server merge or some sort of character transfer system were you can only bring bound items with you so you dont mess up the economy of the other server.

Please fix the obvious issues
Update: The lag and crashing has become worse, I now need to leave 1 star. Framerate will be as low as 1 frame a second, while just standing still. Game crashes during special events, and players can not re-enter, losing treasure chest rewards. I have even deleted an re-installed the entire game (a huge risk in itself) with no improvements. Myself and others may quit and ask for a refund. Please fix asap, I have been playing MU since 2001, you have had 20 years to get it right....so please get it right.

Freezing up my phone
I have an I phone 8 plus and your game has frozen up my phone twice in the last week. To the point that I have to hard reset it. No other app has done that to my phone. Why is your app freezing up my phone? Has anybody else have this problem besides me? I have updated the every single time, either through the game itself when I go into it and through the updates in the apps app. Please get back to me. Thank you. Also I do the resource collection everyday right after the three rounds of daily quests and the game still charges me 120 rose gems because it says that I did not do it everytime at midnight. Also why does the game keep on taking away my exp points everytime i close the app? It took me 3 days to go from level 87 to 88 and now this morning I was halfway to level 90 and when I opened the game up again it brought me back to the beginning of level 89. Please do not respond that I need to update it because I do it everytime it comes out.

Barely any content.
When will more content be produced? What are we playing 2014 Mu? Majority of the server I’m in is nothing but VIP 9’s and highest is VIP 13. Stop focusing on weekly cash grabs and do something to promote more activity instead of your player base dying out and merging servers. Just like how Mu Origin 1 died out. Game is only fun for the first week.
