Terrible experience

Put in an order at 4:36 pm. It is now 5:42 pm and I have not received my food. One delivery drive has already declined the order and I’ve been assigned a new one. The previous delivery driver took 55 minutes to get to the restaurant and when he did he said my order hadn’t registered with the restaurant yet. Tried to call the restaurant 4 times with no response. There isn’t even anywhere on the app to cancel the order or request a refund.
