Love the product, app needs work
I love the product but the app is very irritating. The log in process is annoying with sending codes, and then if you leave the “account” part of the app trying to learn how to navigate the app in the first place, you have to go through the already irritating log in process. I ran out of mud 4 days ago but avoided ordering more because the app is annoying. Also, the 90 serving bag now lasts 55 days, are the portions getting smaller than they were 3-4 years ago?

I left coffee
I was a huge coffee person for years. You could say I was a coffee snob, but started to notice that it was not helping me. I was having serious problems with my stomach and I was exhausted all the time. I remember hearing about MUD\WTR years ago and I decided to give it a try after a ton of research. I’ve been using it for a month now and I have noticed serious positive changes. Not only with my gut and fatigue but with my mood. I’m never going back to coffee.

Unable to return from subscription page
I just now installed the app for the first time after using the product for a few months. I needed to change the subscription details. I was able to easily change the frequency, but that change could not be saved until I explicitly set the quantity again, which was not actually changed. After seeing a confirmation that my changes wee we RE applied, there’s no (obvious) way to return to the main menu or anywhere else.

App has no “back” function to move among menu choices, cannot get out of its pages. Product is good; App is terrible to use.

My top coffee alternative
I’m always in the market for a healthy alternative to water. Health comes first, taste comes second. I’ve tried Ka’chava, Patriot Powder, TB12 electrolytes, Koyah’s organic freeze dried fruit and vegetable powders, etc..

As for taste, cacao is the dominating flavor. If a drink that tastes like 100% unsweetened dark chocolate sounds good or acceptable, try this!

Tired of Coffee?
I didn’t think I could get on board and drop the coffee habit, first thing in the morning, mid-morning, afternoon and end of day... four cups a day!
I switched to Mud and haven’t looked back... 4 weeks no coffee, don’t miss it, don’t care... I am in, it’s mud all the way!

Great product, just got it in the mail today.
So far it is great just plain.
Just got my package and it is delicious. I have never drank coffee, but I do drink a lot of pop and monsters. I hope this will help curb my addiction and help me feel better.
Let me clear some things up about MudWtr. From what I’ve seen this is what I think.
1. The lid on the tin is tight, it’s supposed to be. But it’s not hard to get off.
2. To use the frother correctly you need to use it correctly. When you put it in your cup don’t fill your cup all the way with water just about half. Tilt the frother and put it to the bottom of your cup and then turn it on and it does NOT spill all over the place.
3. Customer service is the bomb!!! They have a texting robot and great email service that will help you.
4. The mud taste is great plain and with creamer.
5. Not much left at the bottom of my cup. Drank it all up!!
6. Buy it and try it for yourself
7. It is a bit expensive but to help me get off soda it’s all worth it to me.
8. You feel and look awesome making your mud water and drinking it.
9. I think it’s the cinnamon, but my cup of mud smells like Christmas in a cup.
10. The tin comes full with 30 servings
11. Give the company a try, they are new.
12. The drink is earthy, the powder is just a base, make it your own.

Haven’t tried it yet
Only marked it down to 1 star since I haven’t tried it yet but the shipment came and they automatically charged my card for another shipment. I be tried contacting them twice this week and have yet to get a reply. Hope it’s not scam water

They don’t respond to my emails and I can’t access my account via the app. Horrible customer service.
