No features no refund no support

I paid in full for a year’s subscription a month ago but I was left locked out of pro features. Despite multiple emails to ‘support’ I’ve just been ghosted. No refund, they just took the money and gave me nothing. It looks like this app doesn’t work anymore and needs to be taken down. They’ve more than likely moved on from this and into some AI thing. Needless to say avoid subscribing to this at all costs, at the moment it looks like I’ve been totally scammed with no chance of a refund. I will be complaining to Apple over this. Seriously unhappy, just want my pro features that I paid for to work ☹️

It used to work, they took my payments, and still don’t allow access to the app. Their support never responded to my email too.
