It used to work, they took my payments, and still don’t allow access to the app. Their support never responded to my email too.

Takes money then continuously ask for payment again for perform mode. Also has connectivity issue. So bye bye. Very disappointing and useless.

Long time user of this app. Paid for the “one time” payment, I can access my account, but no longer can animate images.
I’ve tried to contact support several times, but have not gotten a response.

Can’t Purchase
Unable to use Mug Life - have purchased lifetime subscription, technical support doesn’t respond. I’m not happy. It was once a great package, but tech support is non existent.
Use to work
This app claimed that I didn’t have an account, so I decided to purchase it again, even though I knew I was paying for a subscription for yearly. I bought it again at $30 and I still didn’t have access to it, so I asked Apple for a refund and I canceled my subscription. Use your live this app.

I used to use this app all the time to make art animations and I really liked the ease of it, but now for some reason, it has locked me out of the "upgrade" aspect that I need, in spite of the fact that I have paid for the FULL RIGHTS $29 I make my payment, it goes through, and I'm still locked out. I have sent messages with no response or explanation, and the app just seems to take my money and shut me out. I'm really frustrated.
I've literally used this app for years, but clearly it's time to cut my losses and find another app that actually works.

This game stinks
I bought the thingy and it said no I didn’t after I haven’t played the game in over 25 days this game smells like poo poo all up in mouth

I paid for the subscription but I can’t even use it because it’s no longer working. Why take people’s money for a feature that no longer works? Either sunset the app or fix the bugs please. No other app does what this one does.
