It looks like a good app but every time I try to open my mug it keeps on crashing through out the animation it’s kinda annoying

Response from developer

We’re really sorry — opening your mug should never crash, especially during the first reward animation. Thanks for reporting it. We’re actively looking into this animation issue and working on making the opening flow smoother and more reliable. If you’re willing, please email us at mail@trymug.com with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate faster. Thanks again for trying mug. 😔

Couldn’t even open the first box

As I loaded the app excitedly it upset me that I couldn’t open the initial box to get started no matter what I try I can’t get it to work uninstalling and reinstalling, anything. I’m sure it’s a great app but just be aware that this issue may happen.

Amazing!

Really expanded my vocabulary and makes it easier to write short stories and stories alike without googling better terms for things. I love the widgets and TOTALLY recommend! 🥰
