Transaction delays
You guys really need to fix your systems for fast transactions cos 1 week now I did a transaction and it’s not yet delivered that’s not good at all, so someone can’t use your service for a fast important transactions

Works but with major flaws
I like that this financial service works well and the fees are not great but at least competitive. But there are many open construction sites: transmissions for ZAR to USD in the US just does not compute in the app and only can be entered on the web, for many months now. No explanations. The login to the app accepts a password; on the web it _only_ works per SMS pin. Amounts over ZAR 10k apparently require you to send a proof of payment but sometimes it works just so. Nowhere is this explained in the app, Mukuru simply lets your order expire if you don’t send proof. Support to the rescue- they answer reliably and usually in less than a day.

Struggled to sign in to the App this morning. Had to ring he contact number, initially failing to get through either because I might have been a little early in calling (though the auto reply did not specify what time you were open. Got through just now and was advised to delete and reinstall the app. That has worked fine. I hope the problem doesn't recur

Not simple.
Just terrible process to set up a person. Why do I need address of a person to send then money. I need their bank account and or phone number.
Mukuru is the best!
Sending money across the world is so fast and reasonably priced! I love using my Mukuru App to send money!
Money not received
It has been happening to me a couple of times where I’ve done the transaction and the receipt doesn’t get the money. I had chased it for over 10 days and at the end they said they will do refund which will take at least a week. The money was for emergency and their actions just made it worse. Remember that this this has happened to me for at least 3 times.

Support From Mukuru Londa Mlambo
I had problems sending money to my son in RSA. I called Mukuru and spoke to Mr Londa Mlambo who checked my account with me but we failed to resolve the problem. Mr Mlambo assured me that he was going to escalate my problem with IT department and come back with an update. I was very grateful when he called back and informed me to delete my current application and download an updated app from Apple Store. I did that and within 10 minutes I was able to do that and send my son money. Thank you very much for the support - much appreciated.

Good but Inflexible
If you want to send money from one country to another, you cannot change the country you reside in to the country you want to send money from. Otherwise, I’m sure it works well.
